Local Anaesthesia
Standard for all implant procedures
Implant surgery is performed under effective local anaesthesia so you should not feel pain during the procedure. This is used for every implant case.
Nitrous Oxide (Laughing Gas)
Ideal for nervous patients
A safe and gentle sedation option that helps you feel relaxed and calm during treatment while remaining fully conscious. Wears off within minutes — you can drive home after.
Hospital-Based General Anaesthesia
For complex cases or severe anxiety
For patients with severe anxiety or complex cases, treatment can also be arranged under general anaesthesia in a hospital setting. We will advise if this is the right option for you.
